Huntington Beach, CA-Friday Night Lights (FNL) 🏈 is for kids of all different skill levels who are in grades K-8. The OVSD Board is proud to support FNL and allow practices to occur on our district fields throughout the year. The format for FNL is a 6v6 passing league with very little contact. Kids have a blast, love the quick play, and working as a team. Games are played at the HBUHSD fields and this year’s playoffs occurred at the HB City Sports Complex. My son Max and his teammates, the Longhorns, a 3/4 Grade team, went undefeated in the regular season. I’m proud to not only support FNL as the president of OVSD, but as a team sponsor and parent. Thanks to Christy and Dave Brodt for all they do to make FNL a success in HB!
