Support of Charter School Reform in Sacramento

Sacramento, CA-I was pleased to support Senator Maria Elena Durazzo and other lawmakers today to vote yes on AB1505, 1506, 1507, and SB756 in regards to charters school reform. I spoke at the press conference about the impacts of the loss of local control and what it has meant to school boards making decisions about what’s best for our own students, schools and community.
