Once again, we are back at Republic Trash Dump to protest the improper actions of this corporation and their treatment of people. When we sued them in 2016, we knew that their unclean operations were polluting our students and teachers at the Oak View School, 50ft away. Now, they are mistreating the parents of our students, their own workers, essential workers. The trash truck drivers have always been here for us residents even during the pandemic, day in and out, rain or shine. We prevailed against Republic Services and forced a $26M settlement to make critical improvements at the dump to protect students, teachers, and Oak View residents, and now we support essential trash workers. Trash is piling up in the streets of HB, please settle this dispute now with your workers, Republic!
